With the 12th overall pick of the 2011 NBA Draft, the Utah Jazz went regional with their selection and selected Colorado Buffaloes guard Alec Burks. The NBA lockout came just a week later, which leads us to wonder when we’ll actually see Burks on an NBA court and in a Jazz uniform. There are probably some virtual representations out there, but I like this illustration: via @manelo_ and @AlecBurks10 Burks appears ready to fake someone out and drive it to the net.

Tyrone Corbin is allowed to think about Derrick Favors, Gordon Hayward and Enes Kanter. He can privately contemplate the Jazz’s uncertain future, break down videotape, converse with assistant coaches and scouts, and regularly check in with general manager Kevin O’Connor. Corbin just isn’t allowed to publicly mention his players.
